Confirmation about Symbian Belle being available from Q4 2011 was released in a Q&A regarding the Belle phones. It seems Symbian Belle shares the delay all had while waiting for Symbian Anna and costumers now fear yet another delay that may test their patience.

On the plus side, this delay means a lot of additional testing, with the company making sure that the new Symbian will have better results than with its predecessor. If the information is right, only a few weeks remain until Symbian Belle becomes available.
Regarding Nokia Thailand, sources revealed that the current Q4 2011 release date should be accurate, although other information presented the issue otherwise. At this point it is uncertain to predict an accurate date towards the official release of Symbian Belle. All that can be said for certain is that it will be available on the market in 2012, considering the amount of time spent in designing this particular product.
In case of an additional delay (as other sources suggest), the Symbian Belle release date could be in February 2012. If this turns out to be accurate, almost three more months would pass until costumers can acquire it, and it would look like history repeats itself.
Until the real deal becomes available, one can run a leaked version of Symbian Belle from Navifirm and wait for the official release of Symbian Belle.
