Nokia has just unveiled Nokia N9 white. If you’re into this device and blue, pink or black is not your color, then you now have the latest phone in the Nokia N9 family. Nokia N9 white is definitely classy and stylish. Still, the hardware you’ll find in Nokia N9 white is the same and the reason of its late arrival is related to the production process.
For a white phone it seems that the manufacturing process is a little more complicated. This happened to Apple and its iPhone last year too. That’s because creating a white phone needs a greater period of time and supposes increased complexity. Nokia didn’t want to come up with a white version that wouldn’t be as classy as the one you can see in the pictures.
In the case of the other phones in the Nokia N9 family, they come in colors that feature matte finish which didn’t need a complex manufacturing process. Still Nokia N9 white will only attract more fingerprints. For those who are into this color and would love to embrace winter with Nokia N9 white, then there’s no better option.
Nokia N9 is said to be available beginning with the fourth quarter of this year. The version you’ll get then is the 64GB one. All the versions from the N9 family including Nokia N9 white will soon get a software update. The update will include NFC tag reading, the possibility of closing apps by swiping them down as well as music controls from the lock screen.
