LaCie FastKey is like a super-sports car of USB pendrives!
Featuring USB 3.0, SSD technology with DRAM cache and 256bit AES encryption, FastKey is definitely the latest fashion in mobile data storage. But this comes with a price, and a pretty high one. LaCie FastKey comes in three versions: 30 GB at $149.99, 60GB at $249.99 and 120GB at $474.99. A bit too high for the time being, but also quite reasonable if we take into account the benefits of having such a speedy device at hand.
By the way, LaCie claims that FastKey 30 GB can reach transfer speeds as high as 5Gb/s (600MB/s) in USB 3.0 mode, which is almost 100 times faster than USB 2.0 drives.
