By It’s looking as if the spring of 2012 will be a great thing for gaming as not only will Blizzard, hopefully, be launching Diablo III but Activision will join in the fun with quite the massive franchise title.
According to their latest of announcements Activision say that round at the same time the Men in Black III movie premiers, they will be rolling out a brand new video game depicting J, K and some of your favorite aliens as well.
The official Activision description is pretty uptight so I’m not going to waste too much of your time with it, the gist of the story is simple, due to the nature of the Men in Black movies, there’s a great mix of action, comedy and effects that’s needed for games as well.

I for one am stoked at hearing the news though not very surprised. I’m not very surprised because a new Men in Black movie is something I keep track of and a new game only felt like the logical step forward.
The added interest in the new Men in Black video game comes from simple mathematics, the first video game made within this franchise was terrible, simply wretched.
Then came along the second video game from the Men in Black series and it was actually worth playing. It may have had a few rough edges but it was pretty good.
On that basis, the Men in Black 3 video game should be down right epic. Naturally, there’s no guarantee of such a video game being produced by Activision but for now, a great prospect is more than enough for me.
