By This year’s ’12 Days of Christmas’ is almost here. From December 26th to January 6th, iTune Store’s costumers are given the opportunity to download music, videos and apps completely for free.
Already being a tradition, we can expect this year’s holiday promotion to be available for costumers from Europe and Canada only. Information so far seems to confirm this, Apple Insider releasing a report in which it states that only European and Canadian buyers will benefit from this.
The free content resembles a carefully selected list of apps, videos and music, each free product being available for only 24 hours on iTune Store. In order to make downloading easier, a special app – 12 Days of Christmas – was created and it is available for European and Canadian costumers.
In case an iPhone device is unavailable for the time being, those interested can also download their gifts to a computer via iTunes and transfer them as soon as an iOS device is purchased, making it easy to promote certain products to all potential buyers in Canada and Europe U.S customers should not panic, since Apple developers will most certainly offer some kind of holiday discounts and/or gifts. Another app promotion that is already in motion is the AppventCalendar that should provide the customers with similar products.
