When you want to communicate with your friends or family members, you have several options you can go for: phone calls, text messages, video calls and e-mails. Sometimes, you might want to schedule your Gmail messages to be sent later. Doing this can be a real pain but thanks to Boomerang things get a lot easier. Check the steps below if you want to schedule your Gmail messages to be sent later:
1. Begin with downloading and installing Boomerang. Make sure you reload Gmail after the add-on loads.
2. Now write the message you will schedule to be sent later. After you’ve done writing, just click the “Send later” button that you’ll find next to the “Send” button.
3. Choose the time interval you want to send the message .
4. If you have a message you’d like to be resent as a reminder, you’ll have to enable the “Boomerang this message…” option. You will also have to choose the time interval before resending. Select whether a reply is important or not.
Using Boomerang is nothing complicated and you will get 10 free scheduled messages/month. If the number of messages you want to schedule is greater than that, then you will have to go for a subscription.
